“Very friendly staff, they welcomed our dogs and offered a really good service. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast included in the price is really good. The pub attached to the hotel offers good food at fair prices and our dogs were also welcome in the patio. Recommended for families with dogs visiting Vancouver Island”

“Just a great spot to be in Sidney. Everything is walkable. We enjoyed eating at the Bistro on the pier, window shopping in the village. Everything is an easy distance, the Butchart Gardens were one stop, visiting friends on an outer island another. We’ll go back to this comfortable and friendly hotel!”

“This is old, so the plumbing seems to be okd too. The water pooled as i had a shower but overall i enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts were excellent, kept me going till dinner.”

“Safe and quiet. Neat and tidy though some touches were country style , native and cultured. Overall, nice view with marine loading docks of boats and fresh sea breeze air. Bedroom was clean and ocean view. ”

“They had E bikes and kayaks for the use of guests. we didn't take advantage of that option. The "great room" was very roomy and served up a decent continal brerakfast.

“Hotel super pulito e comodo. Abbiamo usato come tappa per ripartire in Italia. Troppo costoso, ma una coccola prima del ritorno ci voleva. Unica pecca un po’ rigido il primo receptionist, arrivavamo con un volo in ritardo di 2 h ma poi tutti gli altri gentili e disponibili.”

“Struttura basic ma pulita. Camera non troppo spaziosa per quattro persone ma per il tempo che vi devi trascorrere va bene. Al check in non ci hanno dato il tagliando da esporre sul parabrezza che ci identificava come ospiti dell'hotel, quindi il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato un avviso sulla macchina. Avevamo chiesto una camera non rumorosa e ci hanno assegnato una stsnza sul retro, silenziosa.. Caffè disponibile nella hall. Buon soggiorno.”

La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo "
